Steve Ross

Founder/Manager

Steve Ross is the President and Broker-in-Charge of Premier Real Estate Team, Inc., a real estate company based in Kannapolis, NC, with 38 brokers. The company offers comprehensive services in both residential and commercial real estate brokerage and development. With over two decades of experience, Steve Ross has been an active real estate broker since 2002, achieving personal sales exceeding $1 billion in multi-family, retail, and other commercial properties. 

 

Additionally, Steve is the principal investor in various retail investments across North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Virginia, Mississippi and Kentucky. Over the past 24 years, the specialization has been in owning grocery-anchored centers. The strategy involves acquiring properties with potential value enhancement through addressing vacancies or below-market rents. Extensive expertise is leveraged to add value, subsequently retaining or selling these properties to generate additional capital. The commercial property management company oversees the management of the 24 grocery-anchored shopping centers currently under ownership totaling over 1,500,000 sqft.
